Shipping details
What to expect after you place your order
Most items are ready-to-ship. If an item is made-to-order or personalized, the product page will note the processing time.
Processing time
Ready-to-ship items typically leave our studio in 1–3 business days. Personalized items may take longer—check the product page for the most accurate estimate.
Shipping options & delivery
At checkout you’ll see available carrier options and estimated delivery windows. Delivery times begin once your order ships and can vary by destination and carrier volume.
Tracking
As soon as your label is created, we’ll email a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check spam/promotions or reach out and we’ll resend it.
Packaging & gift-ready presentation
We pack each order to help protect delicate items (like candles) in transit. Many orders arrive gift-ready—perfect for proposals, bridal parties, and wedding-day details.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes—Gabbys Bouquet & Weddings ships within the U.S. (including most addresses nationwide).
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If expedited options are available for your address, they’ll appear at checkout. Expedited shipping speeds up transit time, but it doesn’t change processing time.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it—what now?
First, check around your delivery area and with neighbors/building staff. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
If your address supports it, you’ll see the option at checkout. Some carriers and services can’t deliver to P.O. boxes.
Will my candle melt in transit?
We package candles carefully, but extreme heat can affect wax. If you’re ordering during a heat wave, consider choosing faster shipping when available and bring the package indoors promptly.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your wedding details. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.
What’s your return window?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in original packaging.
What items are final sale?
Personalized items, custom orders, and items marked final sale aren’t eligible for return. For hygiene and safety, burned/used candles can’t be returned.
How do I start a return?
Email us via our contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing can vary by bank).
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible—once an order is in transit, changes may be limited.
