How fast do you ship?

Most items are ready to ship and leave our studio in 1–3 business days. During peak wedding season, processing may take a little longer—your order confirmation will include the most accurate estimate.

Do you offer rush processing?

Sometimes, yes—depending on current volume. If you have a tight wedding timeline, contact us with your event date and the items you’re considering, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Can I personalize a ring box or keepsake?

If a product listing includes personalization options, you can add names/initials and details at checkout. For custom requests not shown on the listing, reach out via our contact form.

What’s included in gift-ready packaging?

Your order arrives neatly packaged and ready to gift—perfect for bridal showers, proposal moments, and wedding-day details. Packaging may vary slightly by item size, but we always keep it clean and modern.

How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting, and let the wax melt to the edges on the first burn to help prevent tunneling. Never leave a candle unattended and keep away from drafts and flammable items.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack carefully, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
