Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Message us with your order number and request.
Do you offer gift notes or gift-ready packaging?
Yes—many items are gift-ready. If you’d like a note included, add your message in the form or email us after checkout with your order number.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes! Tell us what you have in mind (colors, quantity, date needed) and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item, and we’ll make it right.
